Welcome, Partner!

Thank you for considering joining Reaipela Cleaners Marketplace. This simplified agreement explains how our partnership works. By registering as a service provider, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Reaipela Cleaners Marketplace connects customers with cleaning and gardening service providers through our online platform. We are not your employer – you are an independent business partner.

2. How It Works

For You as a Provider:

  1. Receive Job Requests: We send you job opportunities (3–5 providers notified per job in your area)

  2. Accept or Decline: You accept jobs via your provider portal

  3. Complete the Job: Do the cleaning/gardening work professionally

  4. Upload Documentation: Submit before/after forms through the portal

  5. Get Paid: Receive weekly payouts after customer reviews

3. Payment Terms

  • Job value: R1,000

  • Commission (15%): R150

4. Requirements to Partner With Us

You must have:

✅ Registered business with valid documentation
✅ BEECA affiliation (preferred)
✅ Positive online reputation
✅ Proper tools and equipment for cleaning/gardening
✅ Ability to complete jobs professionally and safely
✅ Valid banking details for payouts

5. Your Responsibilities

As a partner, you agree to:

  • ✅ Perform all jobs professionally and on time

  • ✅ Treat customers and their property with respect

  • ✅ Upload before/after photos/forms for every job

  • ✅ Maintain a minimum 70% job acceptance rate

  • ✅ Keep your portal profile accurate and up-to-date

  • ✅ Handle your own taxes, insurance, and equipment

  • ✅ Address customer concerns professionally

  • ✅ Maintain your business registration and BEECA affiliation

6. What We Provide

✅ Access to customers through our marketplace platform
✅ Booking and payment management system
✅ Weekly payouts (tested and ready at launch)
✅ Customer reviews and ratings to build your reputation
✅ before/after documentation templates
✅ Support via provider portal

7. Canceling or Leaving the Partnership

You Can Leave Any Time:

  • You may stop accepting jobs at any time

  • Request account closure through your portal

  • You’ll receive all outstanding payouts for completed jobs

We May terminate Your Partnership If:

  • You repeatedly fail to meet quality standards

  • You receive multiple negative reviews or complaints

  • You provide false information during registration

  • You violate this agreement or harm customers/property

  • You fail to maintain required business documentation

8. Important Legal Points

You Are An Independent Contractor:

❌ We are NOT your employer

❌ We do NOT withhold taxes – you are responsible for your own taxes/VAT

❌ We do NOT provide benefits (leave, medical, pension)

✅ You OWN your business and set your own work style

Insurance:

  • You must have your own liability insurance for your work

  • You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your work

Intellectual Property:

  • Before/after photos you upload may be used by us for marketing (with credit)

  • You keep ownership of your work but grant us permission to display it

9. Disputes

If you have a problem:

  1. Contact us first – We’ll try to resolve it within 14 business days

  2. Escalation – If not resolved, we use arbitration (AFSA rules) in Gauteng, South Africa

  3. Governing Law – South African law applies

10. Privacy

Your personal and banking information is protected under our Privacy Policy (POPIA compliant).

11. Changes to This Agreement

  • We may update this agreement from time to time

  • You’ll be notified of material changes via email or portal notice

  • Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms

  • Last updated date will be shown at the top

✅ You understand you are an independent contractor

✅ You agree to perform jobs professionally and upload documentation
