Hi everyone, my name is Tshiamo Setenane. I am the CEO and founder of Reaipela Cleaners. We assist our clients with maintaining a clean and healthy environment. We have all the right tools to do the job quick and easy. Our chemicals are friendly to the environment.

Who We Are
Reaipela Cleaners is a full-service professional cleaning company based in Roodepoort. Though we are based in Roodepoort we also cover other areas within Gauteng.
Our cleaning professionals are trained and equipped to handle any type of environment. Our services cover a wide variety of industries like construction, real estates and many more.
We also do home cleaning and specialized profession cleaning services like carpets, couches, mattress and more.
We combine industry-leading service with state of the art technology. Our aim is to bring simplicity and a spotless environment for all our clients.
Our Story
We have had an opportunity to be mentored by director of BizOil Institute, Nomvuyo Benjane . We found Nomvuyo to be passionate about business coaching ang personal development. Through her mentorship we have developed ourselves to become mentors to others.
We have also had an opportunity to work with the great Catherine Wijnberg the CEO of Fetola. We have graduated from the program after 18 months of being incubated. Though we have graduated we still take part in weekly sessions. We have found these sessions to add value to our business, hence we have survived through the Covid.
We also had an opportunity to work with a manufacturing company. The company offered us a probation cleaning project. The company was iimpressed with our work and dedication, as a result we were offered a four year contract.
As a company we are learning a lot in management areas like business, financial, people and compliance. Above that we have devoloped and put together processes to help our staff to grow.
Reaipela Cleaners is a member of a professional cleaning association called BEECA Cleaning Association. Through the BEECA Cleaning Association we are expected to health and safety compliant policies.
We are also part of an international networking system BNI. We have been able to grow our presentation and networking skills. We have also had to meet and work with Real estates with foot print all over the country.
With five years’ experience we are proud to be standing after all the covid challenges. We pride ourselves with creating happy faces.
